It isn't supposed to be Harry Potter, its just on the topic of Harry Potter. It's supposed to be Leo Grafata, he was my Roleplay character.

My eyes are amazed by the lack of shading..
Other than that, it's a good concept, and the effect is quite well drawn.
Nobody beats Roboevils shadow mage, though.

Nice, but perhaps make the effect glow a bit. For example, I know it sucks, but this alt I did a while back demonstrates a glow technique just by doing a couple of extra lines of fainter colours.

Its ok it isnt really effective so put some shading and some glow in 5/10
