Yeah, it's instant. I'd try again and if it doesn't come instantly then email them.

Im having same problem with one of my old accounts.

It got unbanned when they unbanned accounts

But email not receiving it

I found i never got sent myn when i used hotmail.

wasnt even in spam... dont have a clue why.
