Well i am going to be making a hosting site and buying a big vps or dedicated and looking for someone to go halves on the server plus the profits which i believe to fair resellers vps normal shoutcast you name it

you shouldn't run shoutcasts on a shared hosting envirements.

If you're going to start a hosting company - You need some sort of experiance controlling a VPS, it's not tottaly easy, last time I had one I kept mucking up the A zone DNS thing.
