That's actually why Sulake probably wouldn't purge accounts like "duck "throne" "bill" and so on. Perhaps the original owner may want to come back to Habbo later.

It actually says in the T&Cs if accounts are not used for 6 months they will be deleted, but it never happens.

They state that so when a user accuses Sulake of purging their account, after they've paid for credits, Sulake can tell them they've agreed to their TOS upon registering, and that they have a right to do whatever they want to said account.

If Christmas 2006 was in the way, it would be so easy to write a script to disregard the 2006 free credits, so this issue is irrelevant, if all the accounts had really been awarded with 5 credits.

Honestly I agree with you..only I'd rephrase it . It would just be another annoyance to have users bragging about how "original" their names are.
