Hey,

As i'm banned now i'll give a proper analysis:

The design is not much too look at, but as you say it's your first, you can only hope too get better.

I don't like the way the rounded regtangle has overlapped and everything on the navigation, it needs a lot of work.

Perhaps use Adobe Photoshop and follow some good layout tutorials found on www.Pixel2life.com and then get good at a few filters and special effects.

Then as your not too bad at flash you could try adding some
