Current cheapest one is £35. I doubt this will change.

3G can go pretty fast but the latency is disgusting.

Actually I have used 3G. I use it all the time thanks to my T-MOBILE Contract. Once I find more information on the pricing and if its "open" to more "networks" Then I shall be getting one

You have NO idea what you're on about.

3G is no more expensive per mb than Edge. You're still using the same amount of data.. just faster.

Ive never used edge and dont intend too, but if its the same price as 3G then its a rip off. Dont say I dont have any idea what I'm on about because I currently own 2 Phones both of which are 3G enabled, 3G is expensive and patchy and I live in the middle of a town with 200,000 odd people in it.

Funny, Look at T-Mobile's Web'n'Walk plans, it is not expensive, And actually I make use of my Web'n'Walk all the time on my phone, almost everywhere has 3G now.

Sorry is the iPhone on T-Mobile? I was under the illusion it was only available legally on O2 who are really expensive.

I use 3G all the time, not expensive if your on a data plan like me, not patchy for me and im in a small town, hell even where I live has 3G (countryside).
