If CragsterKing is your habbo name then you can get a name change. If its not then you must purchase VIP before getting a name change see this for more details ; here.

If you made a new account with a new name, then you will by a "new user" meaning you will not have your post count or rep etc..

You can get your name changed to your habbo account name yes.

Once you have done that you will have to PM nvrspk4 and ask for a name change. state that its your habbo account and he will then PM you and you will have to accept.
then your name will have changed.
