Your responsible for the posts hosted on this forum... If theres something wrong /illegal with them you have the ability to remove them or edit them, however you are not, and instead aiding and abetting.

There isn't anything illegal on them, if it is attached to the post.. that is illegal, if there is a link to something illegal.. that isn't.

It is the user's responsibility if he/she clicks that link or not

Habboxforum is not officially official, the main site is so Habbo can't touch the rules (As far as i'm aware). But anyway, It's not like there's an section or we've got staff giving out links to things, we're just giving freedom to the users to do so, just like google does when it archives links and so on.

Maybe because the owner was uploading the things to the sites like veoh, so he was responsible. (don't quote me on this, just a guess)

Even if the owner was uploading videos onto veoh and so on, he would get sued, site wouldnt get closed down...

We asked our datacenter about it and they said as long as we don't upload the keygens/cracks/software on our servers and offer it to users then it's fine to link to it.
