Default Can I retrieve a stolen account?

I recently lost one of my .com Habbos and I was wondering if there was a way to email Habbo and get it back. I've tried contacting them through the site but they replied with an automated message about technical problems. I'm pretty sure I have a good idea of how it was stolen and I have some proof that I owned the account as well. Thanks.

If you contact Habbo, with the proof and stating your claim they may pay attention, but be patient they will get back to you and you can also reset your password using your DOB and email address

If they didn't change the email, request a reset pass.

If they did, then you will have to use the Help tool and contact them. If they send an automated message, try again.

Once they do read your message, they will email you a questionaire. You must know everything about that account. They will ask you things like when it was created, when did you last buy credits with it, were you ever Habbo Club, what is your Date of Birth, and many more.

If they deem you as being the owner, then you get your pass reset and email changed.

    Hope that helps.

    Pretty crazy system, isn't it.

Do you have a direct link to where I contact them? It just keeps sending me the same email.

Well I'm from .com, so I tried sending emails to [email protected] and [email protected], but GMail and Hotmail couldn't send them.

People already mentioned emailing them, and I already did. The emails don't get through.

Im sorry to say that if your account has been stolen and your emails dont do anything enless you know who did it and they are kind enough to give it back then you are a bit stuck and there is nothing more you can do!

I actually do know who did it. They're also trying to sell the account. I guess I could at least get the account banned maybe?
