Does anybody know any sites that offer an API for uploading images, I need it for Nivade, because I'd rather not waste tb's of bandwith, and I'd rather keep the server it's hosted on safe.

So your talking about a social network where you are not willing to use bandwidth for some of the key features of it... doesn't make sense and makes the site look a little cheap.

However I do not know of any that offer image-upload API, of course there is flicker for photo streams....

I suppose it is cheap.. but I am hosted freely because of a friend, and I'd rather not risk his server of getting hacked.
