True, there's no purpose to him. He doesn't leave the house, socialise, do his job or take care of his kids... and now he doesn't have children to molest, I don't know what he does with his life.

MJ's case was based on accusations from nowhere. It was just a made up lie and stories concocted around circumstances to try and make it stick. Of course absolutely none of it made sense and the defence had a logical argument for all of it.
However, in R Kelly's case, there is a tape. Not to mention R Kelly's defence changing their stories several times.
The jurors came to the verdict based on the fact the girl wouldn't testify, not based on Kelly's innocence.

..and I think MJ is still an amazing singer, and still influences artists today. He hasn't lost Neverland btw, he cancelled the auction in May.
