When my voice broke, I can't say it hurt :S He might just have an infection lol.
How old is he?

I didn't really notice when my voice broke, it just happened lol, although everyone else seemed to notice. I can't even remember when it broke, probably a few years ago now.

I think im a bit Messed as my voice has already broken (when i was 12) and no trace of an adams apple just a throat anything wrong there?
