I liked the soundtrack to all the Tony hawk games and Sonic Adventure 2 Battle.

San Andreas I reckon.
Agreed a lot of GTA IV's music was low-budget. They were lucky it was Eastern Europe where the music can be bought cheaper, opposed to having to have solely big American names (eg Kanye West.)
Doubt everything, even this.
