my hdmi cables broke when i was gonig somewhere with my xbox phoned ms up they send crappy av ones but rang them up again got free £40 hdmi cables they didnt asked for anything and came in about 5 days

My mate from school troed to get a wireless headset.
He rung them up andsaid they would send him one. But first thye have to come to his house and check that he isnt ling to them o they wil cancal his xbox live lol
