I presumed every xbox had a warranty ? but my neighbour rung up told them his serial number and has to pay £60 because it was pre-owned why?

Known about this for ages. I really need to send off my (5th yes, 5th) Xbox. But I have a spare at the mo which is making me stall more, cos I just cba to ring them and go through the shipping etc.

They put it on the pcs as your buying it o.O i just got a email
