    Looks like you have a graphics card already in there plugged into an AGP socket (the brown one). You need to buy an AGP graphics card if you want a new one.

    An AGP graphics card... It is very hard to find a decent one for AGP nowadays.

    Yes, but it's only an extra £10 to add an 8800GT into that PC through Dell anyway. I'd try sending the card back or sell it.

    You can usually send back to Amazon within 28 days, try read their policy's and what to do.
