For the achievement "You got the message" you need to deliver car orders that you get through a text off someone (cant remember who). but in order to do this you must have completed the missions "No. 1" and "Smackdown".
I've done these two missions but I still dont get a text off the guy wanting cars :S
How do i recieve the texts?

His names Stevie, not sure when you get the messages but just keep waiting or maybe save game as that usually worked for me
