I am totally against Cena tbh,
But he works a hell of alot harder than the other guys on the Raw brand.

Can I just say that it is scripted? The writers want John Cena to be a fan favourite so they are playing along to the storyline by cheering Cena. Maybe WWE was better back in the day when it was WWF but so what. It's entertainment. They do the job that they do to entertain the fans. I've been watching it for years and yes, it has become more predictable over the years, but it is still entertainment. The scriptwriters probably have the hardest job in the WWE they have to make sure that everything works out to a tight schedule, they have to make sure that the fans cheer and boo at the right time. Without the scriptwriters making people like John Cena and Triple H fan favourites there would be no WWE. So what if some people don't remember Chris Jericho's debut in 1999 does it matter? Maybe WWE was better back in the day, even I will admit that. SmackDown has become the boring brand now. It's more like a starter show now like ECW is. So personally, I think the person with the red writing saying that all fans now have let WWE down is wrong. He is one of them fans so surely if the fans have let WWE down then so has he! I think that the WWE is meant to be like it is now. Also, not everyone likes Hornswoggle. He is another character that is there to make the entertainment. I agree that Finlay should have a bigger role but not to be with the greats until he does something great. Anyway think about this. The new fans are not the ones who have made the WWE how it is because it is also the old fans and I would like to see one of you do the job that anyone in the WWE does because it would be a hard job sticking to your storyline every show for each and every 52 weeks in a year! Anyway I think I'm quite finished now.

You can put over that you liked the Attitude Era as much as you like, but you didn't grow up watching WWF from 1990 to 2008. I've seen the golden days of wrestling in the earl 1990s and I've let go of those superstars, hell, half the people I loved as a kid are dead. I've lived through it, I've let go and learned to appreciate the new talent that have come over the years. Don't try and disrespect fans of the current product just because they haven't watched it for long. Cena may not be the most technically gifted athlete, but he damn sure busts his backside for the company and is damn good on the mic. He deserves his spot. Please don't you even bother to tell me that "the best WWF" is the endless gimmick matches of the late '90s and steel chairs in every match. :rolleyes: If you're after that, hell, watch TNA since Russo returned.

The Attitude Era was NOT the best time that the WWF has ever had to offer. And I don't know you are targeting with your anti-John Cena remarks, but how does it feel to be talking to someone who has watched World Wrestling Federation/Entertainment for 17 years, watched WCW when it was actually on TV, tape-traded ECW with a guy I met over the internet when I was 7 as it wasn't on TV in the UK, been to WrestleMania, been to multiple house shows, been a Puroresu fan for about 10 years and have followed WWE every step of the way for nearly 2 decades? Yes, I am trying to outshine you because your comments are extremely annoying to me and everyone else here. I don't spit in the fact of modern day fans? I watched it up until a certain point like.. a year or two ago and then stopped because I just generally lost interest but I still watch it every now and then to see what's going on. Apparently when I was 2 and a little after I would be GLUED to the TV when watching wrestling and my mom used to be a wrestler for All-Star Wrestling which was a little local thing whatever with some of the producers+talent moving onto the WWF/WWE.
