    Dude.... this is not the way to approach this.
    Find a nice little free host. Start your site. Then, if your site gets REALLY popular, you can ask for donations, but to be dedicated to a site and want payed hosting, you are going to have to make it/ pay for it yourself. Thats your job, not your users.
