I´m recieving new ipod soon and realy want to jailbreak my ipod nano generation 2

Could anyone give me links or something to the best or a good software i could put on it?

*does a little dance* wrongage, well it's not exactly a jailbreak however you can install a different OS on it.

www.ipodlinux.org which is suspended at the moment
and www.rockbox.org which doesn't load, blahh why today

Wrongage? How is my post wrong Just never heard of it =] I have heard about Linux on iPod but when someone mentions "Jail Break" I think about the Installer Application on the iPhone/iPod Touch.

Installing linux isn't really jailbreaking.

Also, don't think linux works on 2G Nanos? I could be wrong.

You can't jailbreak and if its third gen then you can't get ipod linux either. If you can get ipod linux then all it really does is let you play vids on the older nanos and comes with a couple of games.
