From the looks of things, it looks like some one has just copied the source code and are changing content daily.
Reason:
http://www.habboukteam.com/index.htm - If it was Joomla, the extension would be .php

Yeh i wanted to see where my name was i knew it would on hx so i didnt go on them then i saw the domain & it had me, Steph(Acqua) and a few others so i clicked on it and thought ***.

All it is is a copied habbox homepage sourcecode all links link to habbox version of that page and have all rights to report them as they are hotlinking images from habbox

It's basically a copy of habbox. It's very easy to copy a pages whole content, and put it on your own. Often used in phising attempts.
