    Default Are you Technology Minded or Gifted?

    I've always had this problem going through education in various situations. When it comes to computing I generally find I can do anything I choose too however if someone asked me to name and describe what I had just done I would be stumped.

    So this is what I'm asking;

    Are you technology...

    Minded - where you can name and describe basically everything that a computer or product does, yet struggle to actually put it into practice.

    Gifted - where you can do anything required but as soon as someone asks you to name or describe a piece of the computer or it's functions you freeze up.

    I think I'm a bit of both, sometimes If someone asks me how to do something I'm like. I can't do it without being in-front of the screen or seeing screen shots. Other times I can do just do it straight away by saying how to. Strange, I guess? But thats where remote desktop comes into it these days.

    Gifted, but not too gifted. I understand some parts, but not aload of others. On a subject that is technology wise, like photography I am a bit of both. I can lecture on the parts of a camera, but can't decribe how I got a certain shot (other than this speed, that size etc) when it comes out with an effect.

    Bit of both. Stuff like rigging up audio setups i can do easy but when asked how i did i find it hard to explain. But then sometimes somebody will phone me asking how to do something and i can telll them what to do easy.
