My free wireless headset arrived today

What did they say to you?
Didn't they query you that you've got controllers aswell and that all your stuff is breaking?
How did you persuade them?

Lol, they knew about my controllers as he said did you call about controllers and I said yeah. Basically I just told him that it wont sync to any quadrant and if it does I cant hear anyone and they cant hear me. He asked for my XB serial no. and a datecode on the headset itself. I said I cant see one and he said OK send it back to us for repair, (some say this some dont, some will just say we will send you one) so I hung up, and got an email saying I had one being dispatched to me, and it arrived today.

yeah they always ask you to send it back just dont bother and one arrives like magic on your doorstep in about 5days

doesnt make any differencereally, just say you couldnt return it to the shop cos it shut down, and you threw it away or something so you cant see the serial number on it also make sure you say its under a year old

sometimes you dont even ask to send it back (like mine) they will just ask you standard proseduers like is it on mute yadda yadda and your xbox's serial code thats all i needed
