Seems to have just come out of no where recently. Its due for release in August.
Only bit I found funny in the trailer was the fact that they had a guy playing the chick from Sex and the City xP I find these movies pretty daft now but I know ill go see it anyway.

Of course it'll come out on DVD... DVD is where the money is, not the cinema. Films are produced only for the DVD market in many divisions of studios today.
