    Default Sunburn help asap :)

    well i was out yesterday
    and got badly sunburned lol
    on my face, shoulders, neck and legs

    and i really need to find a way of getting rid of the redness soon as i have my ball in like 2 days.


    any advice would be really apprechiated thanks

    Just leave it, the redness will start to turn into a tan within a day. That what happens to me anyway. Also put aftersun on it so u dont peel :>

    so ill keep putting that on.

    Callomine lotion is quite good to get the redness out I think. Will also help the itch and burniness

    You know them scrunchy things that you use to wash yourself with, normally used when you have a shower as you put shower gel on it and it like foams up loads.

    Well go take a bath and use one of them scrunchy things itll take the sting away.

    Don't take hot baths/showers.

    If your not ginger, then you don't know what sun burn is

    But yea, best is to put some after sun or calamine on the burnt areas. Calamine works best :p

    Aloe vera works well, too. I would suggest drinking lots of water as well.

    Aftersun helped clear up mine and i used Witchdoctor aswell to take away the pain also drink alot more and get more sugar in you.
