Site blocked, Desperate Help

Well, hi , basically i used to play habbo for a few years back then then stopped like 7 months ago due to a problem that prevents me from geting into habbo, and till now i cant resolve it ,

Well the site has been perminently blocked by the country's internet provieder, the reason for that is unknown,, when i go on www.habbo.co.uk , or www.habbo.com this is what comes up We apologize the site you are attempting to visit has been blocked due to its content being inconsistent with the religious, cultural, political and moral values of the United Arab Emirates.

This usually comes up when u visit pornographic sites etc, but this is a game and i tried calling them , emailing them , nothing helped.
Tried going on proxies like snoopblock etc , doesent work , when i log in habbo through it , it just refreshes the page tell me to log on again, and keeps doing that, i tried everything literally everything and nothing helped, and the hope of it getting unblocked is now hopeless.
Can anyone tell me or find me a way to get in habbo ? a program that goes on habbo , or anything , ive tried these site minimizers but they actualy redirect u to www.habbo.co.uk , which meens itll still not work .

Try ringing habbo by going to sulake.com > contact us > local offices > habbo UK

Ring up the people who do the internet blocking ask thgem for a reson and see if they can sort it out. What country are we talking about?
