i used to play runescape a long time ago and i was a member for ages too.
i got to about level 95 then there was an update that came out restricting trades or something?
am i right in saying that the trading rule is that you cant trade unless the items value is within 3k of eachother?

i cant remember what it was exactly but it forced me to quit because i almost had no way of making money.

can anyone help me out in telling me if that update is still there?
if not, what restrictions are there?

The Trade limit is still there but it can be raised up to 30k for Members

I cant join RS unless im a member because i have a CRAMMED bank and almost all my stuff is members...

The higher your quest points, the more your trade limit is.

When you do quests, and the higher you do quests, you be able to trade more values.

Members - Up to 30,000 per 15mins

For members it depends how many quest points you have;
