    you need to give the serial number, your phone number, e-mail, address, postal code etc... so they know that your the person who owns the xbox. My wireless adapter still hasnt arrived yet its been 2 weeks, my mates came and he rung a day after me, guess ill ring up and complain soon enough.

    I need to phone them about my controller but just cant be bothered , anyone else had a problem where the right analog stick is stuck down to the right but its not actually stuck there the xbox just think it is, and do u know how to fix?

    the left analogue stick of mine is bust, it doesnt let me go down its really losse

    well my wireless adapter is now on its way, They had trouble with the order last time so theyr sending it again

    Then in another few days ill get the two of my busted controllers replaced

    No, because that is like 100-300 pounds. They would make you send it in to see if they could repair it.

    theyr having problems with orders at the mo they told me to wring back in 4hours and everything should be orted, so ive got loads of reference numbers i have to keep so they know theyr sending me stuff
