I agree that the new pokémon are a bit crap. Most of them seem more robotic or humanoid-alien rather than the creatures that they used to be. For me, crystal was the best, and after that the pokémon were boring and essentially remakes of older ones

I thought ruby was a great game, if you ignore the pointless features like the beauty contests (which my sister enjoyed so it can't have been that bad). My sister has diamond but has only played it once, I haven't touched it yet. If its a good game I might play through it to see what everyone is whinging about

The contests were a good feature.
If you win every rank in every contest you get a picture of your pokemon in the museum. :eusa_danc

I was going to get this but all my DS games were stolen from my room, we have an idea of who did it so calling the police sometime this week, hopefully my diamond save hasn't been deleted =/

Like i said Emerald was the best (Ruby and Sapphire in one).

I agree, does get repetitive, deffo the TV shows, over 1k episodes and all are the same in a way.
