Ok well yes Rock Band 2, 84 Tracks to be included on the Rock Band 2 disc, all tracks revealed and ACDC will be appearing exclusively in Rock Band 2 this fall.

No, the $300 is just for a better quality drum kit thats licenced and compatable with both RB's, its not what will come in the box.

all of the DLC from the first Rockband can be used with it too.. its just a new game with some added features same as all of the different Guitar Hero games that have come out :]
