As far as ranks go, they're really two seperate ladders.
Trialist > Staff > Senior Staff > Asst. Manager > Manager > AGM > GM
or
Trialist > Staff > Super Mod > Admin > (Forum Manager) > AGM
Not all admins become forum manager. Managers are higher ranking than admins really, unless of course the admin is a manager as well. But admins have more forum permissions, just like a moderator might have more forum permissions than a manager, doesn't mean the manager doesn't rank him.
Anyway, Josh is an absolutely amazing guy and I've known him a while and I am veryveryveryveryveryveryveryvery glad he's staying with us

Due to the fact I was doing alot of forum work and that, I was asked to step down and thought I should take the opportunity while I had it. Being a Forum Administrator suits me alot more now than my AGM position was suiting me.
Besides, now Mr.OSH is a AGM which I think is better than me being an AGM
