Yeh unless the server is in the UK, english law doesn't really apply.

I dont see what would be so bad if they did know what videos we watched, and what our IPs are.

I wasn't even worried anyway all I do is search game montages and funny things I also sometimes watch some fights, nothing to worry about if they handed it over anyway.
