Errored when loading Public/Private Rooms

My friend is needing help right now, so I came here and hopefully get a solution. Here's his plea.

"I can log onto the hotel fine. I can see Hotel View and Nav and everything. I can also IM people. I can also play Battleball/Snowstorm. But then when I enter rooms, public or private. I get errored."

Please help. =(

and before you say it, yes we uninstall/reinstalled and cleared our cache.

has he just encountered this on one occasion or multiple times it might me a glitch so therefore just reload the hotel

He encountered this all the time. Meaning everytime he enters a room, he gets errored. Yet he can IM me on Hotel View and play Battleball/Snowstorm.
