Help making a Game Website

Well i thought about making a game's website like notdoppler.com, miniclip.com etc.
It's a good idea just i cant design to save my life i can buy hosting and domain, so if your willing to design and help me out then we can both run the site i will cover the domain and hosting costs etc.
We would get the games off other site's or i would pay people to make the game's im unsure of that yet but will get it sorted.

We could have a membership zone so they access the full features of the site and that so we will make money.

What would make people visit your site rather than just going to the website the game originates from?

I am willing to pay people to make games and that, but i will make a good design tell all the people at school and will make it stand out i hope
