Yea, I got the game yesterday so I am actually new, its the FSX Deluxe I have.

Ok, so first of all, I have Flight simulator X - Deluxe.

I have a joytick.

So, how to I get the planes like easyjet and Thomas cook and other airlines like that. I go to Free Flight, Then theres only a small selection there

I took this from Dj-Simpsons post, how do I start at terminals and stuff like that, I automatically start at the runway.

And lastly, how do I get that small red box up telling you:

Seatbelt Sign: On/Off
Passengers On Boards:
Passangers with seatbelt on:
Passanger Satifaction:
?

Seatbelts etc = FSPassengers = FS'04 Addon

To start off at a terminal, choose the airport and look down it will say 'active runway' change that to the gate

As others have said, I would also really reccomend getting FS9 (FS2004) as you will get a great deal more out of it graphics and performance wise. And again, take some time to edit the settings to get the best performance and graphics out of your PC
