Does anyone know a mirror for a free trial version of this? The download from adobe doesn't work properly for me. Or, if it works properly for someone else, could they mirror the version for me?

Forwards me to adobe download.

Unless you torrent / download it off a Warez Forum - no.
All legal download sites link to Adobe.

I've found a few legal downloads mirrors but the download file name is CS2 or an old version or something.

CS2 is better than CS3 in my opinion because CS3 is basically CS2 with a different layout :8
