It just gives me a page cannot be displayed. I've tried flushdns, restarting my pc, modem and router - but nothing is working. Does anybody know the problem? +rep

Try it without www.
or try:
Start -> Run -> cmd
then type
ping www.tehupload.com

Without the "www." didn't work either.Ping request could not find host www.tehupload.com. Please check the name and try again.

Okay do this, open up your command prompt again. Be aware it may reconnect for a second.
In this order type it in on your command prompt.
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew
ipconfig /flushdns
