Sorry but that really does look naff and instantly puts me off ever wanting to use this website even if it does get out on the public main line.

First thing to say is.... it looks really bad. Yea Yea youv'e tried web2.0 but my god have you failed, web2.0 is meant to be clean (IE things should line up, logo should be clean and nice, color's should be bareable on the logo). I'm not going to go into about whats wrong with the layout, just start again.

Coverflow wise.... it's a free javscript which is already been used within a BETA site I am currently using (of which is a media sns). Plus it's been executed badly so it just looks out of place, glitchy and tacky.

Remember with SNS' its extremly hard to enter the market, you actually need a site that people will want to go to over the others of which this does completly the opposite. I suggest you hold off showing screenshots etc.. until it's at a good standard.

Thanks for the comments but like i said thats only a test layout , we do have a full layout that is 100% more organized and has a completley new logo. I wouldnt be making to much comments on the layout. Jus wanted to see what you thought of what we have.
