    It's random but use to not be random
    when it wasn't random you could script yourself to always come up.

    Habbo saw this was happening and made it into a more random gen, because it's computer bassed there is no such thing as "random generators" so you will see the same Habbos coming up for like 15mins till the "random" numbers get updated.

    Not really, they could make it so the Habbos are completely different on each refresh.

    Are you proposing that computers can randomly generate numbers? If you are go try and make a program that can do it and you'll see pretty quickly that at some poin t you'll need to type in a list of numbers.

    what you can do is something like the computer selects to the nearest decimal place of a random list of numbers from adding the number before it kinda thing... which makes it close to random but it will always be in some way predictable.

    or using the computer clock... OR you can do something like find a chemical that does random things and create numbers from the readings.
