The point of this sub-forum, which is merely a forum asking for your work to be considered for elites.. is to keep people from asking for their work to be considered for elites?

Nah Hank you have it all wrong - it's hardly elites anymore, it's just sub-par pixel art with only small amounts of work done 100% by the creators but enough to make it seem fantastic to the uninformed.

When 8freak8 took the charge away from me and Mr.Parasols he threw the entire idea of 'elites' to the dogs. People didn't understand that they needed to do better if they wanted to get into elites so they just complained. 8freak8 folded, ruined the graphics department and rather than lowering the bar for elite alts, completely did away with it.

It's really a thing about putting on the facade that you're caring for the community by bending to their every whim. This has taken a lot of the 'shine' out of the elite galleries. It's not like it use to be. It's not good.

May sound harsh but I speak about the majority, there are a few diamonds in the rough and its pleasant when they post their art, reminding us there is still hope

& they're not going on the site because we have no gallery, and won't be.
It'll be a manual image gallery which should be out by next month. I've got a ton of other stuff to finish off before starting that project.
