Everyone is saying the iframe is the letdown. I tried using http://dynamicdrive.com/dynamicindex17/iframessi2.htm to fix it but i coulden't do it.

I like that layout, not too keen on the banner.
The green links on the pages are quite pale and hard to see though, and the homepage looks a bit too plain. Try adding some more to the boxes on the right, and to the main content area. Whats the red bit on the right of the banner?
