No its not it is because a PH block was placed in one of the rooms by a scripter, it has now been removed but the rooms have not yet opened again.

If they delete the PH box from habbo enirely wouldnt scriptors be able to stop using it?

Ph boxes have a reason, if there were non, there would be no furni. Not sure why, I don't know much about them.
