    Hello burny-boy,

    I believe that you have already posted the exact same thread in the "Ask the forum moderators" forum. Click HERE to see the thread. You will see that the replies given to you tell you that you should have received an email explaining the dates of when you are uncautioned and that if you have any further questions; you should PM an administrator.
