I co-wrote the screenplay with a friend. That's how a film starts off - the script. Next stage is assembling the production team, which has started off with the attachment of performers, but they have no control over the title, etc.

08/08/08 Update: Another American studio has agreed to read the screenplay, thus I am now awaiting emails or phone calls either rejecting my script or enquiring more details.

There is a producer who wants to do the project, but only if a collaborative producer friend of his wants to too. He contacted him via email over a month ago now and there has been no reply to it, so I don't have particularly high hopes for that apparent duo. Perhaps he could use the phone next time, as I have been told that this older man is useless with email.

Update 09/08/08:One of the three studios who agreed to read the screenplay have taken interest and are creating a preliminary budget outline.

Update 10/08/08: A fourth studio has agreed to read the screenplay.
