    Yeh, worked for me also.

    Rest ice on the tooth as it will numb it, I found that out on a NHS website.

    how would it even work? the idea is to swallow the painkiller so it's dissolved in your stomach, you don't physically rub it on anything as it wouldn't work at all.

    Your mouth could absorb a little bit like a dust spec

    Also I've got a toothache now... First I've had in over 3 years and its a pain makes the whole of my right side of mouth ache

    To sooth the pain get some cloves and crumble them up into warm water and swish it around in your mouth and spit

    Have you just had braces put in or any other sort of dentistry work done?

    I had a tooth taken out and the rest of my gum around that area ached for a while. It should subside after a couple of days.

    If you havnt had anything done recently then you should go to your dentist
