And XP can run on 7MHz and 20MB or RAM, it doesn't mean it'll run well.

Actually, funny, because it comes pre install on UMPCs. My dad's UMPC, 800MHz or 900MHz i can't remember with 2GB RAM, runs pretty well tbh.

    Samsung Q1 Ultra.

I told you it comes on an 800mhz system previously in other threads. I hate how it preforms on the Samsumg Q1. It runs terrible.
I'm not crazy, ask my toaster.

If you're seriously suggesting that a system with 800Mhz runs Vista well, then you know nothing about computers. Firstly Microsoft recommends at least a 1Ghz processor, and seeing as they recommend you have 512MB RAM when you really need 2GB for Vista to run decent, their suggested processor speed is also a made up number .

I am being serious, Vista does not need that great a CPU.

I don't think you get what we mean... I'll make it easy for you.

    Microsoft Windows
which will be finishing after Windows 7, That will be the LAST EVER windows OS, after that there will be...

Microsoft Midori will be based on a totally different architecture and has nothing to do with Windows, its an entirely different system/OS.

So yes, Windows 7 will be the last ever Windows OS. (Thank god).

That's not Windows 7 at all. Windows 7 Milestone 1 looks almost identical to Vista.
