All quest clothing you still have at the end of a quest (without dropping and getting more or other tricks) are either sellable or re-attainable i'm pretty sure!
Bear mask almost 100% is - unlikely you'll have to kill the bear again either.
Go to each NPC you meet in the game I'm sure one will give it back
EDIT: You can obtain the helmet from Hamal the Chieftain if you have lost it.
