Yeah that's quite an important factor! I wouldn't trust a thief either, or anyone who deliberately set out to harm. But there are some members who join the forum at quite a young age, they try to impress or look 'cool' lol, when in fact they end up looking pretty stupid. How many times do we see it? They should get unbanned after 1 year or 6 months and given a second chance. If they get banned again, they don't get unbanned.
Most people will just make another account and start using that, which is pointless if they have an old account and are willing to abide by the rules.
