How much is a 3-seater executive sofa worth?

This is the only executive furni that I can't find a value for. I paid 55 credits and a silver trophy that I got 100% free for...

- 1 executive boss chair (.5)
- 4 executive rugs (.3 each, 1.2 total)
- 1 executive desk (.8)
- 1 executive sofa chair (.3)
- 1 cola machine (1.0)
- 2 executive 3-seater sofas (?????)

So I need to know how much one executive 3-seater sofa is worth. I can't find it anywhere in the rare values. Also if anyone knows whether or not this was a good trade, please tell.

It doesn't matter how many it can seat it is how many are wanted and now you think you can have 1 single chair or you can gave 3 single chairs which may make you think single chair will be less but they are not due to them being needed more so a higher demand also they look more cool if that is a reason enough

Ye it doesn't matter how many people it can seat i mean look at the Throne it seats one but has a value of 64HC whereas exe 3 seater can seat 3 and has a value of 0.3-0.5HC

It's all about supply and demand. Theres a high amount of demand for thrones but not many on the hotel, there's a low demand for Exe 3 seater but theres loads on the hotel.
