George W Bush and his administration will do nothing, they haven't done anything for a while. They won't even touch Iran at the moment or withdraw troops, they're just waiting for the elections and for the next president's administration to sort all this out.

Things aren't improving too much any more since the troop serge last year and Basra's a bit worse off since the Brit's partially left it. Despite all the damage they've caused, they'll eventually come out of it with no success but lots of damage and deaths, Vietnam anyone..?

Bush will just leave it all to Obama and McCain, when they to power they'll have all the difficult decisions to make and get all the blame for things Bush did, they'll very soon be in the **** as it's a difficult choice.
